Do you need the availability of a full time computer technician at your office but don't want the cost associated with it.
I can remotely manage and support most computer systems and networks from as low as $250 per month. Of course I'm always on hand to visit for issues that can't be resolved remotely. $250 includes 3 hours of remote/telephone assistance per month.
Setting up a remote support system for your network is free for all customers on a remote support plan.

Our most popular support agreement is $5500 per month including GST. This covers
- 70 hours per month remote/telephone/onsite support
- Up to 30 seats and 2 servers
- 3 business hour response for high level critical issues
- 5gb per week of off-site automatic backup
- Dedicated service manager for your company
- Additional labour above 70 hours per month charged at a heavily discounted rate of $44 (Normal rate is $110)
