Welcome to our website.  North Shore Computer Craft (NSCC) is a specialist IT consulting company.

We pride ourselves on our service.  Our goal is to give you the very best advice we can specific to your business.  Our team will get to know your office and its staff; although we fix and maintain computer systems and networks for small business we don’t consider this to be our job description.

Specifically we believe in a partnership with our customers.  Our mission statement is to be successful by making our customers successful.

Each individual workplace is different.  As time goes on and information technology becomes more important we will tailor-make IT solutions customised to the way in which you work.  In this regard we see ourselves as business consultants.

NSCC first started trading in July 2000.  Our core service area extends from Lane Cove to Mosman but we do have customers in all areas of Sydney.  Our pricing is simple and is even displayed on our website.

We offer on-site, remote and telephone support.  At NSCC we focus heavily on on-site support and this gives us the opportunity to give better service to our customers.  On-site support has a much higher level of productivity than remote support and will get your problems fixed better and faster.
